How to play (1 minute)

Your turn: roll all 4 dice. Alarms ring the moment they land: each takes a token off the police counter and puts it on your raid counter. Before taking anything you may spend one of your 2 reroll dice (for the whole game) to throw any of the others again. Then take up to 2 dice. When you pass, every other player may copy one leftover die — online, everyone does that at the same time.

Gem — take a gem of that suit. It sits loose on your scorecard, where raids can take it.
Lock — fence every loose gem of one suit. The bank pays at once: 1k · 3k · 7k · 12k · 18k · 25k for 1–6 gems. Each suit has only 3 locks on the rail for the whole table.
Key — keys are always safe. Spend a door's full combo to crack it and the bank pays its value. Doors are first come, first served. The vault doors stay sealed until every outer door is cracked, or until ACT II turns up on the police counter.
Alarm — your 5th alarm is a raid on you: the bank takes all your loose gems.

The heist ends when the police counter empties, every door is cracked or the lock rail is empty; the round is finished so everyone has equal turns. Then the bank pays 1k per leftover key and 1k per loose gem — unless the police ended it. Richest thief wins.
